Dear Amazing Women!

We met on Thursdays.

Four women.

When people asked

we'd say: We are a book club.

And then we'd laugh.

Yes, we'd faithfully bring our books

would read a page or two.

And then we'd talk.

Four diverse women

in size and shape and background.

We shared our stories.

And found though different

we really are the same.
